Rachel consistently promotes the physical, mental, and social benefits of exercise in both her professional and personal life. Rachel has a special interest in supporting the wellbeing of women during the perimenopause and menopause. Rachel’s sessions are designed to build strength, enhance bone health, muscle mass, posture, and overall stability.

EMILY

Emily helps women use exercise to build strength and confidence. She believes regular fitness is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle and that the power of movement can enhance both physical health and emotional resilience. Emily is particularly passionate about supporting new mums in prioritising their physical and mental wellbeing.
