Where can I park?
We have 6 marked spaces in the carpark in front of the mill. You will need to enter your reg into the iPad next to reception to claim free parking for the duration of your stay. The carpark opposite the mill is free for 1 hour and 40p for the second hour.
What bathroom facilities do you have?
We have two bathrooms, one with a shower. We have a changing area with storage units for personal belongings. One of our bathrooms has a baby change unit.
Do you have a membership option for the open only gym?
We do have an open gym only membership, please see the prices page for more details.
Are older children allowed to wait for parents?
Older well behaved children are welcome to wait in the social area, you can't see area from the studio. Therefore, we advise that these children sould be old enough to be able to look after themselves during this time. Children are the responsibility of the parent/carer at all times. Please email admin if you are bringing a male child over the age of 10.
What equipment do you have in the gym?
We have a range of cardio and functional strength equipment plus a leg press and cable machine. Our gym was designed by Primal Strength to ensure our users are able to do a variety of full body workouts.
