FITNESS CLASSES

OPEN GYM

The open gym area is available to book in 1-hour slots using the booking system. We have a capacity limit set in the gym to ensure full access to equipment and plenty of space. There are regular programmed workouts on the board if you wish to follow along.

FOUNDATION STRENGTH

This class is a rolling course for all fitness levels but particularly aimed at beginners who are interested in lifting weights. You can join in anytime and follow the course along, seeing your strength and confidence improve.

YOGA

Bring your body and mind together using breath, movement and mindfulness. Improving your flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation.

STRETCH AND BALANCE

A class to mobilise the body and wake up the mind. Incorporating balance exercises to improve stability, muscle and bone strength.

REVIVE CIRCUIT

An energising class focusing on improving mobility, strength and stamina. A series of exercise stations targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout.

LIFT AND MOVE

Designed to build strength and endurance, this group training session primarily focuses on compound lifts and incorporates some functional movements and conditioning.

ABSFIT

A strong body starts with a strong core. This class is for those who want to develop strength, stability and improve posture.

PILATES

Classes focus on core strength, flexibility, posture and control, using precise movements to build stability, mobility and mind-body connection. We have Pilates and Clinical Pilates available.

Additional Info

All classes are inclusive of all fitness levels and each activity can be scaled accordingly.

We have a range of child/baby friendly classes where you can go at your own pace. We have feeding and changing areas available. Please look for the ‘CF’ option on the booking system.

Yoga and Pilates are 1 hour, all other classes are 45 minutes.

Class sizes are between 8 and 12 people to allow the instructors to provide individualised care.
